Lakeside Oasis

Welcome to our Lakeside Oasis – a lovingly renovated maisonette holiday apartment in a beautiful location near Lake Constance. The two-story apartment offers plenty of space with three bedrooms, making it ideal for families, friends or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

From the very beginning, our goal was to create more than just a regular holiday apartment. We wanted to design a place with character, warmth and quality. That is why the apartment has been furnished with great care, high-quality materials and carefully selected furniture. Every detail was chosen with love to make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

A special highlight are the two rooftop terraces, where you can enjoy peaceful moments throughout the day — whether it is breakfast in the sun, a glass of wine in the evening or a relaxed barbecue with the available Weber grill.

Lakeside Oasis is a place to arrive, breathe deeply and enjoy — created with heart, attention to detail and everything you need for a truly special stay at Lake Constance.

Our Lakeside Oasis is located in a quiet and pleasant area, perfectly positioned between Lindau and Bregenz. Lake Constance is only about a 2–3 minute walk away — ideal for a walk by the water, a quick swim in the lake or relaxing moments near the harbour.

Two cars can be parked directly at the property in front of the garage. Please note that the cars are parked one behind the other.

If you bring bicycles or e-bikes, they can be safely stored and locked inside the garage. E-bikes can also be charged there if needed.

Charging an electric vehicle is also possible. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use this option, so we can prepare everything accordingly.

Check-in is easy and flexible with a personalized door code, which you will receive before your arrival. Regular check-in is available from 3:00 PM. From that time on, you can arrive and check in independently whenever it suits you.

Depending on whether guests stayed in the apartment the night before, an earlier check-in may be possible by prior arrangement.

Regular check-out is until 10:00 AM. Here as well, we are happy to coordinate individually if the booking situation allows it.

Arriving by car is the easiest and most convenient option. Two parking spaces are available directly at the property. Alternatively, you can also arrive by train. The nearest train station is in Lochau, which is about a 10–15 minute walk from the apartment. Arrival via Lindau train station is also possible, with a city bus connection available from there. The nearest bus stop is only about 2 minutes on foot from the house.
